Simple.. I just got approved today. For never having refinanced anything, I would say the application process was simple. My final numbers were slightly different than what I was advertised, but nothing drastic. The whole process was made smoother by my rep, Brian. He was on top of communication, friendly, and very helpful with any questions I had. Overall, I'm happy with my experience.

Great customer service!. Brian Macie was great! Very persistent and hard working team. Helped every step of the way! Took a little longer than I had hoped for but there were special circumstances that proved to be difficult.
