Great loans and service!! I didn't know what to expect when I began the refinancing process. I put in my application with Autopay, not expecting my to come from it. I got a call from Aaron the next day, who was super helpful. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me. My APR went from 12% to 4.74% and my monthly payments went down almost $90!! Customer Service Needs To Improve. They are very slow with paperwork and not very responsive when you try to call them in regards to your application.
