STOP LOOKING-THIS IS YOUR AUTO LENDER!!! In July 2016 I contacted AUTOPAY for financing of a Dodge Ram Laramie Limited I found online and was fortunate to have Tyler Zandstra as my loan consultant. What an amazing guy…we need to clone him! If you Google the terms: “professional, affable, courteous, thorough, communicative and proactive” I’m pretty certain Tyler’s photo will come up. Autopay was great. Autopay was great in getting my auto refinanced as quickly as possible.
Amazing Service. I had my truck finance through Toyota and was paying way too much in interest. I decided to apply for refinancing through AutoPay. My first interaction was with Chris who was very kind and was able to answer all of my initial questions. I was then directed to Max Steele who processed my loan application and dealt with the credit union on my behalf. excellent customer service. I applied for a loan with Autopay and my agent Mindy Lujan did a fantastic job. She followed up with me every day and made sure it was processed in a timely manner. I bought a car out of state and Mindy handled everything with the dealership very professional. I was even able to reach her after hours. All over all it was a great experience thanks to the agent who went the extra mile.
Useless Absolutely useless. I filled out the app with my desired term and re-fi amount. After a hard credit pull, I was advised that I was approved by a lender. However, no details would be posted to the portal for me to review. Scott Buss continued to play phone tag but refused my request both via email and voicemail to send me the numbers for review, either via email or posted to the "secure" portal. He finally cancelled my app after performing a hard credit pull. I definitely would never recommend this company to anyone
Will not use again Misrepresentation with actual fees and intended up spending more not less. Shameful and credit score took a dive
False advertising The rate listed on credit karma from autopay was 4.39% with outstanding approval odds. My credit is over 800. After giving all of my information to a rep from Autopay, the rate was 5.09% for 48months with a payment over $500 on a $15,634 balance. The math doesn't add up and the rate isn't close to the one listed online. Don't let them do a hard credit pull and decrease your credit rating.
