Fast, easy, and efficient Connor May helped me through the whole process and walked me through anything I was unsure about. He made himself available at all times to complete the refinance loan in which I was applying for. This made me feel important to Auto Pay and that they value their customers. Sabien was AWESOME and OUTSTANDING!!. Sabien did an OUTSTANDING job for me!! I was skeptical at first after initially filling out the preliminary forms. When Sabien first called me to follow up with the forms I filled out online, I told him I changed my mind. Then he asked that I give him 5 minutes, I did, and it was the best 5 minutes I have ever spent over the phone because that 5 minutes saved me a minimum of $3000 (over the lifespan of my old high interest rate car loan).
