The transport company employee did a great job letting me know when the car would be picked up, any issues with weather (there was a snowstorm along the eastern coast into New England), etc. and delivered the car timely.

Transaction and transport was much faster than expected. Very happy about that. Truck driver was very good at what he does. If I was to need transport again I would call Montway again.

All was good except the alert time that driver was assigned and ready to load. No separation! Would use again in spring going back north . Hope to book for early May.

This is second car we gave shipped with Montway .Every person we had contact with very nice ,helpful. Our drivers were absolute gentleman as very concerned that my car arrives safely. I recommend this Montway very highly.

Connected Montway regarding picking up our new Corvette at a dealership in Redford, Michigan and transport it to our home in Largo Florida. After giving them the information, they were able to pick up the corvette with 7 days and deliver it in three days. Driver said it could have been sooner but the snow in Kentucky was an issue.

Very professional and on time during the pick up. Took great care strapping down my Harley and loading into the truck. Bike actually arrived one day sooner than expected and in the same shape as loaded. And this was during Covid, the holiday’s, and supply chain drama 2021. Great job overall.

Communication was good, delivery was timely, car was not damaged, and driver was friendly/courteous. Only surprise was company's oversight of not informing me the vehicle would have to be driven to another location for pickup (not picked up from residence) and I had to drive to another location to pick it up once it arrived at destination. This should be stated up front as it did impact the process for us in a negative manner. Would still recommend company.
