Really depends on your patience whether this is a or 5 star review.. I received my car open transport 12 days after I put in the order. The order was transferred between 4 different transporters before it was actually picked up. The communication between Montway and I was very good, but I initiated each interaction. I was notified erroneously of a cancellation of my order once and called only to find out that the email was meant for the transport driver and not me. I would highly recommend Montway Auto transport. They were reasonably priced and had great customer service. We used them to ship my daughters car from NJ to CA and it was done without a hitch! I will definitely use them again!
The delivery was very fast, and He was really nice about communicating about my car and when it would be picked up and dropped off. He messaged me when he was a few hours out, and he called when he arrived.

We contacted Montway to ship a car from Virginia down to our daughter and fiancé in Florida, and they made it easy for us.
