Good service, The process was very easy and good, reliable company. The online process was user friendly. The company was reliable and did great finding a reliable transport driver. My vehicle was picked up in a timely manor and my vehicle was delivered safely.
No complaints only praise. I used them twice from west coast to east and then back again. Would use them again in a heartbeat. I felt only confidence watching my car disappear down the road knowing it was in good hands.
I would use them in the future for any needs. They were easy to deal with and basically everything was done online except confirming my vin and coordinating the exact pickup at the time
Not one hiccup, they contacted me at each stage of the transfer. I used a different company this last time to save 20.00. Needleast to say I was unloading my truck in the middle of town at 12AM. The driver could not find the address so I had to find him and he said he wasn't taking it anywhere else that he was where the address they gave him said go. Which we all know is not true. Transport pick up was on time and delivered on time. Transport driver was very courteous and was able to contact him at any time for an update. Driver kept me informed as to when the delivery was going to be made.
