First time we shipped a car, surprised by how easy it was. Online chats made arrangements fast and details clear. Montway gave us a reduced price for paying by cash and stuck to that price, no surprise fees added. Driver was cranky and rushed but ultimately did what we needed while loading and unloading. No problem with scheduling at all.
Montoya made the car shipping so easy. They were dependable, honest and excellent at communicating. They were very trustworthy and I would use them again in a minute and would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Montway was able to secure a truck relatively fast when others couldn't. Their prices are fair. The initial carrier/driver that Montway contracted out to was not able to make the pickup date/time which affected our moving date, however, they were able to find a replacement carrier/driver shortly thereafter and discounted due to the mishap. Pretty satisfied how quickly Montway recovered from the initial error (which honestly isn't Montway's fault). Pickup and dropoff process was stress-free.
They did what they said they would at the time they said. No surprises. No hidden fees. Delivery to my door. Courteous and knowledgeable telephone contacts. Very professional..
Montway Auto was flexable with my uncertain schedule. The price was fair, and the transport driver, Kevin Amos, was very professional in his approach to my car. Delivery was on time with the promised schedule.
