Customer rep was very informative. This company is efficient and transparent. The driver ROB was polite and friendly. My car was delivered in a timely matter. I would recommend this company to others.
I will be honest, at first I did not think this service was legitimate. But, they had a Better Business Bureau rating and many reviews. I kept in contact with my rep for a week or so ave decided to pull the trigger. Louisville, Kentucky to Northridge (Los Angeles), California and it took 4 days. They told me 3 days but the driver was exhausted and needed the evening to recover—but I’m not disappointed! Contacted several transport companies to transport lawn tractor fro Florida to Tennessee. Was quoted prices but they amount changed as the process progressed. Each company failed to perform as promised. AutoStar did exactly what they promised for the price they promised. They communicated very well and consistently until the job was completed. I can't say enough about how smooth everythingwas with AutoStar! Sean Hancock was responsive and got answers in minutes. He was with me all the way. Our driver Vigi was incredible and even buffed out an old paint scratch on the spot with a mobile detailing kit! Great service and I would use them again and again! Thanks guys!
