I will be honest, at first I did not think this service was legitimate. But, they had a Better Business Bureau rating and many reviews. I kept in contact with my rep for a week or so ave decided to pull the trigger. Louisville, Kentucky to Northridge (Los Angeles), California and it took 4 days. They told me 3 days but the driver was exhausted and needed the evening to recover—but I’m not disappointed! Great service, excellent communication. Car was off the lift even before I got there. Easy and price was excellent, better than most. Chris was great. Car dispatcher was communicating every time he got closer. Price was great

Contacted several transport companies to transport lawn tractor fro Florida to Tennessee. Was quoted prices but they amount changed as the process progressed. Each company failed to perform as promised. AutoStar did exactly what they promised for the price they promised. They communicated very well and consistently until the job was completed.
