In the end I am glad to have used this service for my transport needs from Austin to Houston . There was some delays in pick up arrangement but overall satisfied with Customer Service and Transport Driver both friendly and helpful. I found AutoStar a great service provider. When I called them they asked pick up date, put a 1 minute hold and find when can be car transported with rates which were very comparable. It was door to door service. I received my car within 3 days from Houston, Texas to new Jersey. I will prefer them for any future service and refer to friends without hesitation.
I am a private individual who needed to transport a car from Texas to California. AutoStar had a very competitive fee and great communication throughout. They were very flexible when I had to extend the shipping date due to the car being serviced and taking longer than expected to finalize the repair. Would definitely use again.
