Once I figured out that day of pick up was the first available date a driver could pick up car and not the actual day of pick up. Everything was good and went smoothly

One thing I value most is having a positive experience and straightforward communication with Customer Service. And, that , I had when I called and spoke with Alan st Auto Star. My vehicle broke down in southern California on a business trip. A local dealer quoted me $7500.00 to fix, I elected to find a transport to get the vehicle home instead and use my local mechanic. Auto Star Transport personal was friendly and easy to work with to make arrangements for transport. They picked up vehicle at the dealer and delivered on the agreed upon date. This allowed me to return home from trip and be present on delivery date. Vehicle delivered in my neighborhood and in good condition.

Autostar was easy to work with and reasonably priced. They handled both the overland (MD to WA) and also the ferry to Juneau, so there weren’t multiple companies to coordinate with. My car was picked up on time and arrived in Juneau ahead of the estimated time. My only (minor) issue was the carrier couldn’t pick my car up at our residence, but we found a fairly close location.

Great price and service from Manny. My car was picked up and delivered in the timeframe I needed. The driver kept in touch which was greatly appreciated.

I cant say enough about the fantastic service from start to finish. I dealt with Yasmin and she was extremely thorough and upfront about the process. I know since I'm in the freight business myself. My pickup was picked up and delivered earlier than expected and the carrier was very good about status reports. All in all it was an extremely positive experience.
