Montway Auto Tran is great company and did a fantastic job delivering our car from Dallas to Va. The pick up was on time and delivery was also on time.The car arrived in good condition with no problem. Their estimate app gave me a price and they never change it. As lots of other customers said this company is number 1 in car transport. I really appreciate the way their customer service treat me and other customers.The customer service is very professional and helpful. Thank you Montway for excellent job.

Dear Future Customers I have shipped at least 6 vehicles though all of them made it to thier destination. None went as smoothly and efficently as with this one with Montway. From the office folks to the driver, everything they said would happen did right down to when they would call.. I'd like to thank them all for thier help. JM

The process was a bit stressful. I'd seen reviews online about how some cars get picked up over a week past the first available date and almost canceled the shipment, but it ultimately got picked up 4 days after the first date though I had to pay an extra $150. I'm grateful that they found someone, but I wish they had put it up for a higher price to begin with. Montway was generally communicative throughout the process, but it was spotty with the carrier. But, auto transport is a niche industry and unfortunately, there may not be trucks available every day. Depending on locations, time of year, and more, it could take a bit of time. Got unreliable info from corporate office on when the Jeep would be picked up. Explained that I paid upfront a month before we moved. When it got closer and I got frantic, finally the driver called and said he would pick it up at my neighbors. Then he got to our new home near Charleston SC in record time and I had my son in law sign for it since we were still a day away. All in all. I was happy with them.

Car pick-up was scheduled for Monday 8/23 in Fort Lauderdale, for a delivery to Idaho Falls, ID. On 8/25, I was told that the driver wanted an extra $60, above the $1489 agreed to. I refused the additional charge and that was the end of it. Car was actually picked up on Sunday 8/29, a day after the 5-day window. I needed an enclosed transporter and contacted Montway online. They were able to find me a driver, Alex, and everything was very easy and smooth. Will definitely use or recommend them.

This was a very stress free experience. The transport went smoothly and for the price quoted. On time and no hassle. They even worked with us when we needed to get our neighbors involved because we were in transit because of the move. Top notch company.
