The staff were very easy to work with. They explained things well and took care of things in a very professional way. The driver actually delivered the car before the expected date!

After being inundated with offers and filtering out those who had poor BBB reviews and required up front money, I settled on Montway. Great service; very fair and accurate terms; car picked up on schedule; delivered in perfect condition. Cost was about 40% more than open carrier, but worth it to me.

I am overall satisfied. Car picked up and delivered without damage on give date. Driver communicated that he can’t come to my place because road is narrow. I accepted his argument and picked up my car. It was only 2 miles away from my home. Only downside was that needed cash or cashiers check that led me drive 10 miles for cash. I hope they accept credit card in future. They offered best price from Seattle to Boston. Other companies were charging 500 - 1000 dollars more

Montway moved our car from Honolulu to the mainland, which included the trip bu shop then a Montway truck to our house. The company was very helpful guiding us through the process, and kept is informed all along the way. And I like the fact that insurance was built into the price.

I Bought a Plymouth Prowler. I had to fly to Dallas Texas to do Cash Deal needed a Guarantee that my Prowler be picked up that day and it was! Delivered to MD bye Zach 2 days earlier then I even expected! Car was in perfect condition when delivered! Was so impressed with Zach for doing such a great job I gave him a $200 Tip. He was so thankful and surprised! I needed to ship my SUV from San Jose to Ohio for my son. I signed an agreement with Montway after searching through several auto shipping companies. Their price is about the mid-range of all the prices I have collected. My car was picked up on the 2nd business day of the 5-days pick-up window as they'd promised. As we sought means to bring broken down vehicle with transmission warranty in place, we realized crossing 3 states was more than we wanted to personally deal with. Return was faster than first quoted and very pleasant delivery, both professional and personal. Was told about balance to pay but not how (cash, cashier's check). Off to bank we went 2x to get their preferred method. Overall pleased that vehicle is back, safe, and in same body condition expected.

I was moving a Jeep Wrangler from Ohio to Arizona and after choosing to go with a slightly less expensive company, I regretted not choosing Montway to begin with. The other company just strung me along for a couple weeks with little to no communication. After they said they had a driver and then claimed the driver had broken down I made the switch to montway.
