Our driver was very polite. I especially appreciate the pictures from the dealership showing the car in our designated location and the key/envelope at the drop box. I would definitely use them again if I need transport services.

I had to move my semi working VW sedan 2000 miles unescorted at pickup... Wow, they did it even though it almost didn't start due to a slightly dead battery..(they had a jumper). The company kept me informed on the pick up and drop off timing. The driver gave me an hour notice for drop off...and a smooth execution at that. We were nervous shipping our car from Massachusetts to Hawaii. But Montway did a great job! They were available whenever we called. The driver who picked up the car was super nice abd very professional. The car arrived in California as expected and then to Hawaii as expected. About the only negative piece was the limited numbers of hours available to pick the car up. However, all went smoothly and we appreciated their service and patience.
