This company did exactly what they promised. My car was picked up on time, they driver recorded a very thorough assessment of any nicks, dings, scratches, etc. prior to loading it and handled it with care. Traveling from Alabama to California can cause you to feel a little bit uneasy simply because of the long distance and unfamiliar process, but the car was delivered on time by a very friendly driver. I selected Montway based on the speed and clarity of their quote and that they did not bombard me with emails, texts and calls (as did several other firms). The contracted driver was excellent and was responsible for transporting my vehicle from CA to TX. His careful handling and communication was the best part of the service.

Not only did they transport my vehicle, but they help with a situation that was exactly United States away. I'm in Maryland and the car was stolen and in California and they paid the tow company for me. Now that is service.

Randomly picked Montway to ship our car north from florida. Best customer service I have experienced with any service company. From beginning to end they kept in touch with me. Alex called with all updates. When i called no long wait times on the phone .great experience .

Would use this company again in a heartbeat! They acted quick and professional. They promised pick up within 5 days, and they did it in 4. My car was inspected (inside and out) before and after, and they made sure I was satisfied before taking payment. With a very small deposit, and payment on delivery.
