Overall I was satisfied with the service. I did have to reach out to Montway due to not having heard from the shipper by the agreed upon date, Montway contacted the shipper and it was taken care of. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five was due to having to contact them, and a few days where the shipper hadn't contacted the person at the arrival location in a timely manner. The bike made it in good shape and I would use their services again.

We called Montway Auto Transport to ship a car to our son whose serving in the military in Virginia. This is our first time using them. I’m a military retired disabled veteran. I’ve shipped several cars while serving, but the military arranged all our shipments. We were very impressed. They kept us informed on pickup & delivery of the vehicle. Bottom line- great experience with great price.I suppose YMMV depending on the particular carrier you get, but I’d definitely use Montway again.I had to very quickly find the cheapest way to move a car 300 miles down the east coast. Google brought me to Montway and AmeriFreight, both with reviews all over the place (they’re just brokers who farm out the job, but presumably there is vetting/standards). Sam from Montway took our Jeep Cherokee to VT for us. What a good experience! Although there were some wrinkles, Montway and Sam stayed in communication and kept us informed of progress. Great service, great attitude, very professional and conscientious.

Montway was great picked up my car when they said they would driver answered my texts to let me know where he was and even delivered my car a day early in pristine condition would definitely recommend to anyone
