From start to finish, I had an excellent experience shipping my car with Montway. The many, many 5-star reviews are on point. Their agents and drivers are fantastic. I shipped a 2016 Audi Q5 from CA to the East Coast, and it arrived in mint condition (with the exception of some accumulated great western dust). Great service!

Vehicle was transported from California to North Carolina. The company was excellent to work with, the driver was professional and courteous. My vehicle was transported on time and without incident. I read many bad reviews about auto transporting, you have to be a little flexible with the times (they arrived for pickup 2 days early) but I will definitely use them again.

Thank you for the review, Robert. We appreciate the flexibility. Auto transport works similar to other logistics fields in that the dates and times of transport have a lot of variabilities. The main difference is that the shipment is typically being released for pickup by a contact, such as yourself. Where for small package, you are typically only on the receiving end. So the fluctuations in timing are much more noticeable. Again, we appreciate the review and if we can help again please let us know.
Would absolutely use them again!! Prompt response, quick pickup, courteous driver/haul transport just a very positive experience! Did try working with another transport and it was not easy, and switched to them and glad I did.

Everything wiped out with complete satisfaction of services and communication and documentation procedures from start to finish. Highly recommend Montway/Anmag Auto Transport. We used montway and it was a great experience. It was super easy. The gentleman that transported my Jeep was very friendly and accommodating. They picked our Jeep up earlier than we expected which was fine but we had to change the drop location and that wasn’t an issue. I was very pleased with the whole process. I’d definitely recommend them.

Very pleased with the experience. The driver wanted me to come to a truck stop farther from where I live to drop off my care and that required additional communication. We were able to coordinate a time that worked better for me after he was later than expected. When I arrived at my new destination, I got a text saying I could pick up my car. My car cosmetically was fine but the exhaust system is allowed and I’m concerned that the driver when pulling it on or off the trailer hitch the exhaust system
