They were prompt, friendly and efficient. Making changes prior to the pickup was also a breeze. Pickup and delivery occurred without any issues. I will definitely be using Montway again in May!
Picked up car from dealership the next day and was on the way to me right away. If not for a major snowstorm that slowed them down, would have had the car the next day, but instead got it in two days. Company and Driver were very communicative at every step of the process.
Take note this is my first time ever relying on a vehicle transport company and I can’t thank enough to Montway. I purchased a used car from an auto dealer in New Jersey, this vehicle required transportation do to a mechanical issue. Montway arranged for a quick vehicle pick-up and delivery to me in Connecticut. I would definitely recommend Montway to others and work with them again in the future.
The price ended up being more than quoted but service was Excellent and staff, including the driver, were professional. I would definitely use this company again.
