I used Montway to transport 2 vehicles across the country. Every agent I spoke to at Montway was courteous and addressed all my concerns. The truckers assigned were friendly during vehicle pickup and delivery and responsive to inquiries. Both cars arrived at the destination within 7 days. They were dirty, but that is something we expected for a cross country haul in winter weather. Thank you for the excellent service !

The quality and the service response were amazing. But it was a little inconvenient when they didn't have a fixed date schedule. We have to be prepared to run anytime.

Montway definitely delivered on its promise to be fast and effective. I had my Son's car transported from His Army base in Kansas to LI NY. They picked up his car extremely fast before he deployed in a matter of days and had it at my door step with no hidden fee's upon delivery. If you dont pay in full when confirming pickup there will be a fee you have to pay the driver when he delivers your car. At least that's what I understood.

Or split payment, which means paying a deposit with a credit card, and the remaining balance at the time of delivery to the driver- as cash, cashier's check, or money order.
Bought a car in Virginia and needed it shipped to my home in Oregon. Easiest transaction and excellent customer service! Vehicle was shipped enclosed and was taken very good care of! Highly recommended!!

I used Montway to transport a 66 Mustang from California to Texas. I was impressed by the communication in scheduling the pick-up and drop-off. The driver was in constant contact before and during the transport of the vehicle. Delivery times and schedules were met and on-time.
