Overall it was s good experience although suffered some delays. Delays were attributed to trailer maintenance and weather. A scheduled pickup and one day delivery turned into a 3 day delay for pickup and a 2 day hold prior to driving for delivery due to weather. Driver was honest and reliable. Vehicle was not damaged or anything stolen. Respectable , hard working and safe operating company

Once a driver was booked, my car arrived earlier than expected. Was very pleased with the contact Montway had with me. They made sure any issues were resolved and followed up with me quickly. The only hiccup I'd say is that the driver wanted $50 more before confirmed pickup. Other than that I enjoyed the service immensely. Thank you! David

I know... I have been there surfing on the web looking for a great car shipping company. Honestly go with Montway they are great and communication is top the shelf. I truly don’t understand where all the negative reviews are coming from. Don’t be a menace... once your car is loaded on the truck just let the driver do his job...calling his phone or the carrier’s phone to track him down doesn’t add a value but rather worsen the situation. Awesome review. A lot of people may not realize that the driver is well... driving. Which makes it very difficult for them to communicate. They have strict timelines that designate their road and break times. And all this time, they are receiving frequent calls from customers, brokers, carriers, and other individuals. Auto transport is still pretty behind from the technology perspective. But we can ensure customers we're working hard to make it as easy as possible to provide updates.
Montway Auto Transport did a great job assigning a carrier to pick up and deliver my car. They were friendly and allowed me to push out the pick up date due to bad weather.

I read a lot of reviews and decided to go with Montway because of the volume of car shipping they do. I assume they must be doing something right and I'm glad I did. Price was lower than others, the price quoted is what I ended up paying. The car arrived early and everything went well. Only issue is that you have to pay the driver the balance of the fee by cash or cashier check... No credit card. Also, kind of hard to track the vehicle while in transit. Otherwise it was great and I will recommend them.

I contacted Motway and other transporters. In the case of Motway I did get a live person(some were just emails and texts) named Riley who was phenomenal. I called on a Monday, was impressed enough with Riley that I gave her a credit card. I got a call back from dispatch within two hours telling me they located a driver who could move the car the next day. I spoke to the driver who picked the car up that same night. He got the car from Virginia to Indiana the next day. The car arrived and all are happy. I might add the drive... read more
