I am 70 years old and have shipped a number of cars for my private car hobby. Every aspect of this communication from making appointment for pickup to dropping off was spot on professional while being totally understanding. Answered every call during a snow blizzard. Driver could not have been more capable or caring from pickup to drop off!

Loading was delayed a bit through no fault of the driver, Tim. I was able to reach him by phone and we arranged pickup as my property would not accommodate the truck/trailer. It was dark and the location was dark but they performed a meticulous inspection of my Q5. Loading was quick but they were very careful in the process. I had wonderful service with Montway, and my car was delivered on schedule. Their sales people were extremely professional and kept me updated on pickup and delivery. I highly recommend this company without any hesitation.
Montway is know to do their best to get the lowest price possible through marketplace biding. In the competitiveness of the transport freight market, this works out most of the time but I happen to have sought transport during a winter cold snap with a rural home destination. I needed to transport a Mercedes Benz C class to Wisconsin. They gave a good quote and followed up with regular communication via text and email. We had some delay with the bank paper work to allow transport, but they were very accommodating. I would recommend questing a list of paper work needed before booking with them, so you do not waste their time.
Overall, a terrific experience. Great communication. Would highly recommend. They set my expectations early in the process, and were spot on. The driver even delivered my car ahead of schedule.
