Loading was delayed a bit through no fault of the driver, Tim. I was able to reach him by phone and we arranged pickup as my property would not accommodate the truck/trailer. It was dark and the location was dark but they performed a meticulous inspection of my Q5. Loading was quick but they were very careful in the process. Montway is know to do their best to get the lowest price possible through marketplace biding. In the competitiveness of the transport freight market, this works out most of the time but I happen to have sought transport during a winter cold snap with a rural home destination. First transport company took the business then cancelled. I found out on my own before Montway did (I was disappointed in that). However, Montway did find another transporter a few days later. I needed to transport a Mercedes Benz C class to Wisconsin. They gave a good quote and followed up with regular communication via text and email. We had some delay with the bank paper work to allow transport, but they were very accommodating. I would recommend questing a list of paper work needed before booking with them, so you do not waste their time.

Picked up car from dealership the next day and was on the way to me right away. If not for a major snowstorm that slowed them down, would have had the car the next day, but instead got it in two days. Company and Driver were very communicative at every step of the process.
