They made everything very easy. However, the driver picked up my son's truck at the beginning of the week and said he would have it by Saturday. (from NC to CA) When we found out that our son had not received a call the night before like we were told, my husband called the trucking company. Montway did and incredible job transporting my bike across the country. Bike was picked up within two days of making an arrangement and was delivered two weeks later on the exact day that they stated it would be delivered. Bike was in pristine condition when delivered just a little dusty which is expected. Would definitely use Montway in the future! A+

Overall expectations well communicated on sign-up regarding cost, time of pickup and vehicle delivery to destination. Driver very professional in communication, meetup for pickup, and also upon delivery. Transport time even took less long (3 days) than projected. Completely satisfied.
