Montway did and incredible job transporting my bike across the country. Bike was picked up within two days of making an arrangement and was delivered two weeks later on the exact day that they stated it would be delivered. Bike was in pristine condition when delivered just a little dusty which is expected. Would definitely use Montway in the future! A+

Overall expectations well communicated on sign-up regarding cost, time of pickup and vehicle delivery to destination. Driver very professional in communication, meetup for pickup, and also upon delivery. Transport time even took less long (3 days) than projected. Completely satisfied.

Facts: Purchased a transportation agreement with Montway to ship a Motorcycle from Oregon to Tennessee. Montway was very professional and answered all of my questions. They actually answer the phone when one calls. Pros: Shipment was completed with no damage or lost items. Cons: The pick up was 11 days late and delivery was approximately 2 weeks late. I can't say enough great things about Montway. The customer service, email communications, exceeded my expectations. A special shout out to the their driver who wanted to deliver the car 2 days early. We hadn't yet arrived at the destination but truly appreciated the effort he put in to get it to us early. I would not hesitate to use Montway again or recommend to friends and family.
