Totally professional in all ways. Driver was easy to deal with and prompt. Car arrived a few days early in flawless condition. I could not have asked for better service.

Facts: Purchased a transportation agreement with Montway to ship a Motorcycle from Oregon to Tennessee. Montway was very professional and answered all of my questions. They actually answer the phone when one calls. Pros: Shipment was completed with no damage or lost items. Cons: The pick up was 11 days late and delivery was approximately 2 weeks late. I can't say enough great things about Montway. The customer service, email communications, exceeded my expectations. A special shout out to the their driver who wanted to deliver the car 2 days early. We hadn't yet arrived at the destination but truly appreciated the effort he put in to get it to us early. I would not hesitate to use Montway again or recommend to friends and family.

I've used Montway twice this year, once to move a car from CA to FL and once to move another car from NJ to CA. Both times, they were impressive with their communication and keeping me apprised and took great care with the cars. We will definitely use them again.

Shipping took a little longer because it was around the holidays. I only wish that the transporter would have came directly to me. I had to meet him 20 min down the road, and then leave the car I was driving there. Wait until a family member came home and then go back and get the 2nd car:

Transport trucks are enormous and have many restrictions and regulations that may prevent them from coming directly but will coordinate to find a nearby location.
