Excellent online experience. Very prompt and lovely people I chatted with. Communication was superior. Very punctual regarding the time. They arrived on time; it took them less than 3 days to ship my cars from Illinois to California. I highly recommend Montway.

I have had my car transported across the country a few separate times and this was by far my best experience. Montway was the best value and they were timely and kept my car in great condition. Highly recommend!

I used Montway recently to transport my trade-in vehicle from CO to WA and bring my new vehicle from WA to CO. I think they are middlemen and use other companies for actual transportation. This is my second time using Montway. I needed my car transported across country during the pandemic and Montway did an excellent job matching me with a professional driver at a very reasonable price. This was my first experience shipping a car and it was flawless from the time I called to the time the car was picked up to being dropped off with my mother was absolutely delightful the only problem I had is there was no license plate on it when it arrived but it was a paper plate so I’m sure it just blew off which is no fault of the driver he was kind he was courteous he was safe wearing a mask while we were talking so the whole experience I would say I get five stars absolutely and I would use them again

But if you ship in the future, something to keep in mind. We would recommend removing loose objects from the vehicle and taking them with you separately. Happy to hear everything else was great. My wife and I moved from Hartford CT to Portland, OR. Shipped 2 newer vehicles. Service was great on the Montway side, and also good once the job was handed off to the actual shipper/truck driver. Driver requires cash payment upon deliver of vehicles, which was a red flag to me, but decided to go for it and it all worked out fine. Would definitely use them again.
