I've used Montway several times to ship vehicles from one coast to the other. They do a good job acting as brokers to find a quality shipper. Their charges are a little on the high side compared to others and when I've found out how much their cut is as opposed to what the driver gets, but overall they find a driver fast and get the vehicles delivered in a timely manner. Good service. I was kept up to date frequently, the price was fair. My car was picked up on time and delivered early in perfect shape. I couldn't ask for much else.

The office sales/reservation specialist was very good, provided good information, answered my questions and very courteous. Good follow up and notification of pickup and delivery times. The pickup driver was also very professional. Called ahead to setup pickup time, called when he was on his way to inform me me of his estimated arrival time. Arrived on time, don his PPE, maintained social distance, checked and photographed just about every part of the car for damage before loading the car. I am impressed and very satisfied... read more

I booked the transport online on Thursday or Friday of one week and they verified everything and picked up the vehicle within a week. The pick up and transactions were just as quoted as well as the time of delivery of the vehicle. I did not have any issues and the transport was from Syracuse NY to Los Angeles California, so it was a 4 to 5-day trip. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

The estimated time of delivery was excellent. But the car that was above mine leaked oil on my car. The driver did the best he could to clean. I would recommend, but be mindful.

I had an excellent experience having a car I inherited transported from PA to MA.. Montway has a strong,user friendly digital platform that provides up to the minute info through out. Additionally, the customer reps and the driver were great, even providing much needed reassurance and calming words to this first time customer.- all the hallmarks of a well-run, first class company.
