The process was much simpler than expected. The delivery timeline I was given was pretty much spot on. I would definitely consider them for any future transport.
My experience with AutoStar was superb. Our agent was readily available and responded very promptly. Prices were reasonable and the entire experience went smoothly. I only wish there was more transparency with the schedule (lack of a defined arrival) but this is more of the operator issue. AutoStar was great!
Autostar transport were very efficient they got my car loaded in Wickenburg AZ and delivered promptly to Chicago IL the driver was fantastic was on time when he loaded my vehicle and was right on time with the delivery very professional the whole time. Had a great experience working with AutoStar. It was a last minute request, maybe within 3-4 days of the pickup date, and AutoStar was able to come through and at a very reasonable price. The rep was accessible and transparent. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed.
I have a lowered and modified Mercedes on air suspension and they handled the move perfectly. My car was in great shape upon delivery and it was very affordable.
