AutoStar Transport Express provided me with an Excellent Service when I needed it. The service request and set up was fast and easy, also they provided me with a personal contact to follow up during the procedure. They also issue me with a tracking number so I can track on real time the location of my vehicle.

Car was picked up by great driver had no worries delivered on time great experience was able to use car on day it was expected and the location was in the desert
I was very impressed with the service I received with AutoStar. First, I was expecting some type of delay with either the driver picking up my vehicle or some issue with the ships or receiving port. They were on time with everything. I have read reviews online due to my research on shipping companies before I made my decision with AutoStar. It is the second time I use Auto Star to deliver my car from Pennsylvania to Florida. I have had a really experience with them. The delivery time is appropriate and always I have good communication with the staff and the driver.
I shipped a car from USVI to Texas which involved both sea shipping, customs land land shipping. They really know the business and made everything smoothly. I received my car at my door in Texas with 0 issue. Will do business again!

This is the second time we used this company. They transported my daughter's car from California to Connecticut and then back to California from New York. TI was a smooth transition. It was the exact amount we discussed and it was done fast. We were in communication the whole time. The car came in just as we left it. We appreciate all the communication with Frank!
