Excellent customer service and I had a little issue finding a transport truck large enough for my lifted Ford Raptor. Rep found me transport that wrapped the truck for protection for the trip since it wouldn't fit in an enclosed trailer. Delivery was straightforward, and they dropped off right at my driveway. The vehicle came with zero transport damage.

I needed a vehicle picked up same day within a few hours notice at the port of Long Beach and brought to Arizona. Not only did they call me back immediately, they contacted my TWIC escort at the port as requested just as fast. Getting an update from them after the car was picked up and ready to he delivered the following day was a matter of a 1-3 minute phone call at most and I knew what was happening. I would use this company over again. So far I haven't had issues. One thing that I like is that they communicate with me to let me know what is going on with my vehicles when being transported.. this will be my 3time that I've used them .

I Range Rover was going to my ex and I hate that B. Demetri the driver for Autostar called to schedule pickup. I wasn’t happy about this but once her showed up he was extremely nice and very professional. Great guy and I even gave him a hand loading my rover. In fact after it was loaded I honestly didn’t mind seeing it gone. Great transporter and with most great companies it’s the people that make it great. Thank you Demetri for professionalism and for making this a not so bad experience of losing my Range Rover.
