My car arrived in time. I needed to ask for clarification several times, as my agent (Juan) didn't have all the details for transportation from PR, but he always replied right away and tried to get me the answers.

Excellent customer service and I had a little issue finding a transport truck large enough for my lifted Ford Raptor. Rep found me transport that wrapped the truck for protection for the trip since it wouldn't fit in an enclosed trailer. Delivery was straightforward, and they dropped off right at my driveway. The vehicle came with zero transport damage.

I needed a vehicle picked up same day within a few hours notice at the port of Long Beach and brought to Arizona. Not only did they call me back immediately, they contacted my TWIC escort at the port as requested just as fast. Getting an update from them after the car was picked up and ready to he delivered the following day was a matter of a 1-3 minute phone call at most and I knew what was happening.
