Very happy with overall experience and accommodation the company had with pick up and delivery of my 2 vehicles from California to Virginia. They were extremely professional and courteous driver even waited for me while cash was picked up from the bank to pay for drop off. Will definitely use this transport service again in the future.

Overall I was happy with the service BUT Juan did not follow up directly with the booking confirmation nor the bill of lading, I had to request these. At the port I was requested to come back 1.5 hours later simply because they were going to lunch and Juan had not previously sent the booking confirmation; they graciously held the door open as I waited for Juan to send the booking confirmation, he assured me to relax, all will be okay, but he wasnt in my situation. I contacted Auto Transport to pickup my vehicle from the Dealer in Atlanta and Bring it to Cleveland. Job well done in under a week! Very communicative and professional. My son just bought a truck from Montana. We are calling them!

Had a great experience from beginning to end! AutoStar Transport made the process seemless and I didn't need to worry about anything. They provided updates along the way so I didnt need to constantly check or call them to see what was going on. I'd definitely recommend them!
I got my vehicle transferred from Houston to Richmond. Allstar was very reasonable compared to other companies, I would definitely recommend them. The only thing was that my vehicle did get picked up earlier than i expected so I was without a vehicle that first day. Other than that service was great.
