I have never had a worse experience with a car dealership, and my experience stems only from looking at their inventory online. Hannah sent a text and called multiple times. I replied “stop” as prompted by the text message and yet her calls continued. I called, asked for Hannah, and explained that I was not interested in purchasing a vehicle. Unless you plan to be harassed and texted non stop by Paulie I would turn around and not go there!! I will say everyone else I have spoken too has been nice but when it comes to Paulie if you don’t do it the second he texts you then he will threaten to get the car back!! Worst experience ever. I got absolutely raked over the coals. Ultimately my fault but absolute snakes there. I’m sick over what they did to me. On a positive note their service department was solid.
My boyfriend and I went here to look at a vehicle that was unfortunately not there anymore due to being sold. We took the chance to allow Mark to show us some options based on approval. The first one they brought was an absolute joke and someone clearly keyed all the way down the vehicle. So they brought another one to us and it drove great but had some cosmetic damage on the outside.
