I’m absolutely appalled with the service department here. Buying a vehicle from Auto World has been the biggest mistake. I bought a vehicle that clearly had a leak with the ac before it was put on the yard to sell and now that I’m figuring this out, David in the service department won’t do the right thing and fix it. I got a suv from them 4 years ago and I financed it at our personal bank so I pay them cash now they telling me that my suv is only worth $2000 evening me upside down $11000 so they had the suv I got over price $10000 that not right

Despite numerous requests for the car maintenance history and any assistance with repair, all my attempts to contact the dealership have been ignored.
