I have never had a worse experience with a car dealership, and my experience stems only from looking at their inventory online. Hannah sent a text and called multiple times. Worst experience ever. I got absolutely raked over the coals. Ultimately my fault but absolute snakes there. I’m sick over what they did to me. On a positive note their service department was solid.

My boyfriend and I went here to look at a vehicle that was unfortunately not there anymore due to being sold. We took the chance to allow Mark to show us some options based on approval. I’m absolutely appalled with the service department here. Buying a vehicle from Auto World has been the biggest mistake. I bought a vehicle that clearly had a leak with the ac before it was put on the yard to sell and now that I’m figuring this out, David in the service department won’t do the right thing and fix it. I got a suv from them 4 years ago and I financed it at our personal bank so I pay them cash now they telling me that my suv is only worth $2000 evening me upside down $11000 so they had the suv I got over price $10000 that not right
