All office employees are great cheerful people treat us like family my visit with Dr Diana Ban is always educational and a delightful time spent she is always on top of things, her diligence is extra extraordinary, she’s very meticulous in her work. She’s very detailed my wife and I just love our visits with her‼️

The staff is kind, considerate, and caring. I’ve been privileged to have been cared for by Dr. Prakken and Deborah Stoia PA. Unfortunately having been a frequent patient of several pain clinics , I never experienced nor have I received the the compassion, understanding and feeling I’m truly listened too as I do in the care of Deborah Stoia PA. I’m blessed that I’m under their care.

I recently visited the clinic and had a mixed experience. The staff was overall great, and the clinic was well-organized and efficient. However, I wanted to provide feedback on the phlebotomy experience. The nurse who drew my blood was quite rough, which made the experience uncomfortable and left my arm sore. It would be helpful if the clinic could emphasize the importance of gentle care during blood draws. Despite this, I'll definitely be back for other services - the clinic itself is great!
