I recently visited the clinic and had a mixed experience. The staff was overall great, and the clinic was well-organized and efficient. However, I wanted to provide feedback on the phlebotomy experience. The nurse who drew my blood was quite rough, which made the experience uncomfortable and left my arm sore. It would be helpful if the clinic could emphasize the importance of gentle care during blood draws. Despite this, I'll definitely be back for other services - the clinic itself is great!

I met the new Mgr. of the Practice who seems, so far, to be an excellent choice to replace Dr. Prakken who had to retire due to health issues.

I am so impressed with the Avance team. Doctors are extremely responsive and thorough, determined to diagnose issues, and quickly schedule necessary tests. This is the best primary care I’ve experienced in 20 years.

This is my fourth visit with Dr Johnson, and he is absolutely great. You can tell he definitely cares about his patients, and what they're going through and as always there to listen. I highly recommend him!

The front desk lady was very nice and checked me in. The medical assistant was very cordial. He asked me how I was and took my BP and asked me why I came in. He asked if I was taking any new medications. Jason came in and I told him how I was feeling. He suggested that I take B12 looking at my record and D3.
