The staff is kind, considerate, and caring. I’ve been privileged to have been cared for by Dr. Prakken and Deborah Stoia PA. Unfortunately having been a frequent patient of several pain clinics , I never experienced nor have I received the the compassion, understanding and feeling I’m truly listened too as I do in the care of Deborah Stoia PA. I recently visited the clinic and had a mixed experience. The staff was overall great, and the clinic was well-organized and efficient. However, I wanted to provide feedback on the phlebotomy experience. The nurse who drew my blood was quite rough, which made the experience uncomfortable and left my arm sore. It would be helpful if the clinic could emphasize the importance of gentle care during blood draws. Despite this, I'll definitely be back for other services - the clinic itself is great!
