I had an awful experience here. I would not reccomend.
Terrible customer service. Walked in and was immediately assaulted by front desk about something...couldn’t even tell due to the barrage of yelling coming out of her mouth. Treated us horribly so we walked out. Never in a medical clinic have I seen patients treated in such a manner. I own medical clinics and have never even seen an unruly patient treated in such a manner. Lots of options out there. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Avance.

As a result, all Avance Care locations have posted signage on the front door requesting that no one enter the building, unless they have an appointment. Really not happy with how apex office is treating it's patients. I called them twice to get an appointment for me and my wife are the annual checkup, they put us on hold and don't respond. Frustrated with this took the risk of going to the office to get an appointment. The office staff were simply roaming around instead of seeing me an appointment.
