I had a quick onset of severe sinus pressure, headache and a constant runny nose and cough. A positive Covid home test caused me to call Avance. Although my normal physician did not have any available appointments so late in the day, they were able to schedule me in at 7:40 the next morning with Kate Murphy, PA. She was great and offered a PCR test to confirm the diagnosis. Kate was very knowledgeable and gave me clear instructions on home care plus, as I am over 70, a prescription for Paxlovid. This was awesome, I was concerned that I was contagious, so with me being able to speak to my doctor face to face in the comfort of my home was great. Doctor is awesome anyway, and he was timely and resolved the issue likity split. Got medication same day. Thank Avance Médical and family.

I have been going to Dr Alexander at Avance in Apex for 4 1/2 years and I’m very impressed with him and his staff. I’ve seen Dr. Murphy a couple of times when Dr Alexander wasn’t there And she is also very good. The staff is very good very personable and efficient!
