I sent two messages to my provider via the patient portal about the dosage of my medication. It took three days to get a response. The response also only vaguely answered one of the three simple questions I had about my medication dosage. I think they called me twice (no voicemail) which I didn’t answer because I’m on vacation, hence the message on the portal. This situation does not leave me a warm and fuzzy feeling about allowing them to continue handling my care.

I when to see my primary doctor Alex after my car accident and this guy he’s joked. I have asked him to send me for imaging for my lower back and my left ankle and right ankle and saying that my insurance will not approve. But he said he will put in referral on Thursday and guess what my referral is not in and today is 9/3rd. Front desk staff is also don’t have any clue how to help patient. Please don’t go here because there flexible schedule there staff is not very helpful or smart including the doctors.

I love the Holly Springs location. The Apex location however lacks. They are great with service but not when it comes to charging. I’ve been over charged twice. They made me pay a $45 copay when my insurance states I don’t have one only if it’s out of network, that cost is $30. They couldn’t explain why I was being charged $45. This is the second time they’ve charged me a fee that is not required. They are over charging and expecting people not to notice.

Stay away from this facility. If you need anything beyond an annual wellness visit you should probably better see another doctor. We had a bad experience. If you are on a medication and forgot to ask for a refill during the appointment, they will ask you to schedule another appointment for it. This is not the case with other doctors.
