I always leave my telehealth appointments with new coping strategies for long ignored mental health challenges. My therapist Abigail is warm and caring and easy to talk to. I also like the telehealth format which makes it so easy for me to manage appointments even if I have other meetings added to my calendar with short notice.
All of the therapists and nutritionists I have worked with have been amazing, Amie E. , Amanda B., Dominque Stamps...They have all helped me with my breakthrough.
