Kind, helpful, easy to work with
I am very happy with the therapist I have been seeing, Sasha Boutin. She gives me excellent tools to use in the difficult relationships I have in my life. And she has helped me to unpack very toxic memories from my childhood, to deal with them and let them go. I like her positive attitude and she has really helped me be able to accept what I cannot change in other people and how to change what I can in myself, which has improved the quality of my life substantially.
