My therapist actually seems to care. She is aware of my life and is concerned about how it's going. It's great to vent and know that there is always someone there to act as an aide. Simply by listening to my thoughts. Margaret is an amazing person that truly tries to understand.
After a session with Tracy I always feel better. It’s like talking over a problem with a good friend.

Or first couples therapy with Jerome went well. He was a little taken aback when we both arrived, he was expecting just me. I went back & read my referral & it was written for both my husband & I. With that being said, Jerome settled right in & our first experience with couples therapy was fine.
I like my therapist, Nadia Haughton. She is very non-judgemental and easy to talk to. I believe I can make progress with her.
