We offer Behavioral Health services for all patients of all ages at Avance Care. All services are designed to assist people in making the changes they want in their lives. Our providers engage you in an active therapeutic process that will help you grow in self-awareness, make healthy choices, and achieve appropriate balance in your life. Avance Care therapists use a strengths-based approach that helps you achieve your full potential and greatest degree of life satisfaction.
So far I've only met with my care provider once, but it was a good experience. I felt heard and understood, and she asked good questions to give us a baseline. I also worked with the scheduler a couple times to get my appointment set up (and then rescheduled), and that was also a pleasant experience!
I felt comfortable with Emily Chambliss. She put me at ease because I was a little nervous and I appreciated that. She asked a lot of questions and I answered as best I could. I shared how the lose of my dog started my depression again. Some people who are not pet owners might not understand grief for losing a pet but she was a large part of my life for years. She was my companion and I also would tell her she was my shadow when she would look for me if I went to another room. I have high hopes that Emily can help me
