My therapist Carin meets me exactly where I'm at. At a recent session, I didn't really feel like attending which means I had important things on my mind. Her approach is kind and caring to help me express myself and determine possible next steps. I value these sessions as Carin is able to make suggestions for what might work going forward or what might be options in the future. I come away from the sessions feeling empowered and I am learning tools to support my future self.
