Guy is an interesting individual and uses a bit of "Verbal Judo"to apply his methods and for someone like me it was probably necessary for me to get his point. He is effective and hopefully he csn fix me while I still have time

My counselor is laid back which I like. However, she is going by what my previous therapist did with me. Which is fine but it seems she is not prepared. I am willing to give her some time. I am hoping she will get better.
