Sean is very helpful. He is a great listener and was able to give me a couple of options to help my racing thoughts. I have implemented one and it seems to work well. Sean has a great laugh, too.
Henry is one of the best medical professionals I’ve ever communicated with or seen. The staff is kind and helpful with items I have questions about. Cannot recommend Henry enough or Dr. Prakken enough.

It was helpful in that I got a chance process frustration rather than dumping emotions onto someone else and in that my feelings were validated and I was redirected to stay on topic.
