I have been very disappointed by my experiences at this clinic with Anna Harden, which is unfortunate because every person I've interacted with at the clinic have been nice, but I feel it's necessary to leave this review. I hope my words can provide some constructive feedback. The first time I saw her last year, I went in for a yearly physical exam—but I realized when I returned home she had failed to listen to my heart. My experience to see BenJohnson was awesome. But what I do not like is not being able to pick up the phone to be seen the same day.Therfore I have to go to Duke Urgent Care when I'm not feeling well. I will also like to acknowledge that I was ask if I needed help in filling my info on tablet. This was a plus because I was there when another patient needed help and another patient assisted her. So that's better. I did mention it to Mr Johnson
Dr 1 hour late for a 10:40 am appointment. He came in with a timer and said he had to leave for next appointment before any physical exam. I asked for him to help with DMV 2 page from he has been doing in past and he said make another appointment. Not a very patient friendly visit.
