I've been a patient with them since early this summer and have had nothing but problems. If you go in because you're sick, they deliberately blur the lines of what's covered by insurance vs the cost of the tests/medications they order. Absolutely zero clarity or communication around this. Even if the costs are variable and they are not able to provide specific figures, they can't even give straight answers about what items covered by insurance vs what you have to pay out of pocket.
