You all did great but one thing the PA that I saw did not mention my name at all she only went by what was on the paper. To properly greet a person if you are a PA or a doctor “ “hello Miss Buie how are you today”

My recent visit was exceptional overall, but the check-in experience was highly disappointing. When I arrived for my annual physical, I provided my name, and the staff member immediately began pressuring me about my bill. Despite informing him that I would contact the billing department, he continued to discuss the matter loudly. Given my background in the medical field, I recognize this as a HIPAA violation.
