You all did great but one thing the PA that I saw did not mention my name at all she only went by what was on the paper. To properly greet a person if you are a PA or a doctor “ “hello Miss Buie how are you today”
The level of care, attention and professionalism provided by the entire staff is what stands out to me. I have felt the way about my PCP provider in over 10 yrs. Thank you to the entire staff for you care and genuine concern for your patients.

I love Ms. Coleman and her staff. They are so professional and always very polite. I've never left this facility not understanding my diagnosis or what is needed to be done.
My recent visit was exceptional overall, but the check-in experience was highly disappointing. When I arrived for my annual physical, I provided my name, and the staff member immediately began pressuring me about my bill. Despite informing him that I would contact the billing department, he continued to discuss the matter loudly. Given my background in the medical field, I recognize this as a HIPAA violation.
