In a few words (Ha)… from the nurse who took my vitals (I apologize for not remembering her name) to Dr. Houng who always listens to our concerns! We are always cared for by everyone. My mother is his patient, too. She is very pleased with the staff! An if she’s happy, I am happy! I saw Glorimar on my way out (she was Dr. Houng’s original nurse), she remembered ME (how she recognized me 100 lbs heavier unfortunately), and she spoke and we caught up, always kind!
Everything on time. Staff friendly and efficient.
My experience was great from making the appointment to check out. Everyone was respectful and considerate.
Very happy with the thorough care we received with Dr Houng this past week. He was kind, considerate and really listened to what we had to say. He even follows up after our visit and we hope that he stays with Avance Care!
