Service is very good.
I drive about 75 miles to come to this location. Everyone here is wonderful! From the moment you walk in you’re treated with kindness and respect. You’re listened to here and not rushed through your visit. Courtney is so sweet and thorough. Lucille is a provider I have been searching for and finally found. My husband & daughter are now seeing her as well. My daughter was very anxious about being seen, but Lucille put her at ease with no judgment and complete compassion. Thank you all for providing wonderful care!!!

I was highly satisfied with the scheduling and the receptionist and the nurse Michael that assisted me during all of the visit and the PA Childers was exceptionally professional in all of the visit. I would recommend her to all my family and friends!
I was treated with the utmost respect while I was being treated. I was treated promptly and the medication I needed was sent to my pharmacy. I was told if I wasn't better In 72 hours to call back and I had to. I was treated by phone call and was sent in some antibiotics !
I was very impressed the beginning to the end of my experience with the staff at the North Durham office on Hillsborough Road location. Everyone was so professional but personable at the same time. I would definitely go there again provided I need medical attention.

This is the best primary care experience I've had in a really long time. Thanks to all at the North Durham office, especially to Dr. Fields for helping me in so many ways and taking the time to work with me.
