Absolutely LOVE the clinic and all staff (including the front desk!), though i am consistently frustrated by the call center.

Lucille Tussey has been wonderful. She is very understanding, has tremendous communication skills and very patient with me when I am not always doing what is required. The only health care provider that I do not dread visiting. Thank you Lucille.

Friendly staff, minimal wait time. Dr. Ashley Fields provided great professional service. I was quite comfortable under her care. She was attentive to my medical concerns and was very patient in answering questions and providing clarity on the diagnosis and recommended treatment plan.

I was greatly impressed not only with the wait time, as I was seen even before my appointment time, but with my Primary Care FNP Lucille Tussey. Ms. Tussey was outstanding, easy to speak with, open to dialogue and immediately guided me to the correct path needed to correct my issues. While waiting for a referral to call me back, Advance Care not only sought out the referral but followed up with me on multiple occasions during the week until an appointment could be finalized. Dr. Fields was so gracious enough to take me on as a new patient. She was extremely personable and relatable. She thoroughly explained everything and every test. I really appreciated that. I highly recommend Avance Care North Durham! The front staff greeted me as soon as I came in with smiles. I love how their staff is very diverse. Nurse Michael was really nice when collecting my information and drawing blood. I hate needles and he made the process extremely quick.
