Great experience . staff was friendly very knowledgeable , very quick Doc was thorough friendly . great place when you’re feeling under the weather. got me in and out with meds. on the road to recovery , couldn’t ask for better care thanks y’all.

I'm getting over a bad cold and had no problem being seen by my doctor the day I needed. My physician, Dr. Ashley Fields, is such a great listener and I always feel well-cared for whenever I have to see her. The entire staff at the Durham NC Hillsborough Road office is unfailingly kind and professional.

My experience with Avance Care was great. I do not remember everyone's name, but you guys rock! Avance was referred by my daughter who spoke highly of customer service and doctor-patient rapport, she did not lie! The only issue I had was the wait time on the phone and a cross-call connection to your sister office. Thank Dr. Zesta and everyone!

This was another great experience with Avance providers, once you get past the administrative headaches of dealing with websites and the ever-present FORMS that Avance loves so much. Shivas is one of the best healthcare providers I’ve had! So much so that I drive all the way to Durham to see him from my home near the Central Raleigh office. He and Michael were super professional, as was the lab tech who took my bloodwork.
