I have been using Avance Care from last one and a half year. Previously, I used to get calls regarding my lab results and prescription. I was satisfied with their service. Recently, their service has been very poor. I have never been able to speak with a representative whether that required a medical response or billing response.

I have been using Avance Primary Care now for two and a half years and I must say it is the best place to go for a primary physician or family doctor visit , The whole staff there is extremely courteous and professional , my doctor I see the most there is Dr. Houng, he is the most caring and compassionate doctor I have ever seen, he has even called me at home a couple of times to check on me to make sure I was doing OK, he has a great bed side manor and takes time to listen to you, never acts as if he is rushed, Thank y... read more

My Dr keeps making mistakes on my prescriptions

10 years ago, Avance Care was a relief from the big 3 chain hospital corps but now Avance Care has become a 4th. Too corporate: great doctor surrounded by intransigent (sometimes incompetent) staff. It's convenient, if I want to be processed, but there's no healthcare there.

You take care of your patients and their pocket too
If I could give this stupid place a zero, I would!! Dr. Li did NOT examine me hardly at all and I couldn't understand what she was saying because of her accent. I went there to see if I had an infection and all she did was get a blood test and refer me to someone else. She also did NOT spend enough time with me OR respond to my question of whether or not I might have an eye infection like conjunctivitis! She merely blew me off and it is NOT FAIR!!!
