If I could give this stupid place a zero, I would!! Dr. Li did NOT examine me hardly at all and I couldn't understand what she was saying because of her accent. I went there to see if I had an infection and all she did was get a blood test and refer me to someone else. She also did NOT spend enough time with me OR respond to my question of whether or not I might have an eye infection like conjunctivitis! She merely blew me off and it is NOT FAIR!!!

Past 2 appointment were not very helpful since I am keep having symptoms and she wants me to wait for 10 days so she will prescribe me antibiotic. She didn't introduce her self, didn't check for anything. I will give a nurse and front employees five-star because she is the one mentioned to check for covid and flu test and came out negative. Only doctor, I like in my opinion is Dr. Ayesha Nasiri.

I was just on the phone with Avance location on Ramble Way in Raleigh, and was on hold for 25 minutes before I hung up. I wanted to see just how long I would be on hold. When I called back, I was put on hold again. Once the receptionist got back on the line I told her that I was on hold for 25 minutes. She didn't apologize at all, just immediately said something to the effect of "How can I help you," with a bit of attitude in her voice.
